3. Purchases and Payments
3.1 Product Descriptions We strive to accurately represent all products on the Website. However, due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations may occur. Colors may appear different depending on your monitor settings.
3.2 Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or customs fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
3.3 Payment Methods We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are securely processed through our payment provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. Shipping availability and fees will be determined at checkout.
4.2 Processing Time Orders are processed within 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom orders or commissioned pieces may require additional time.
4.3 Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. Kelli Lorraine Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
4.4 Lost or Damaged Items. If an item is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@kellilorraineart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. I will work with you to resolve the issue if possible. In many cases, limited edition prints, original pieces, and jackets are not exchangeable as duplicates may not exist. By purchasing an original piece of art - you agree and understand that damage may occur in transit and release Kelli Lorraine Art from any liability.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 No Returns Policy Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items.
5.2 Order Cancellations Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase and only if the item has not been shipped. If the item has already been shipped to you, we cannot accept the cancellation. After this period, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.
